The most direct route to the airport for most visitors from 401 East (Kitchener, Waterloo, Hamilton, Toronto, Buffalo, etc...) will be from Highway 401 and the Highway 74 exit (south, exit 195) to Belmont.

It is the exit near the Husky Travel Centre (the place with the huge Canadian flag).

Travel 19.6 km (12.2 miles) south and turn right (west) onto Highway 3 (Talbot Line/Trail). Travel west about 1 km (1/2 mile) and follow posted directions for free parking (included in admission) at the airport. Traffic from the east will be detoured around the airport to enter from the west. Obey all signs and police officers and please come early to avoid congestion.

Although this is the most direct route, the people of St. Thomas would like to invite visitors to see more of St. Thomas while here.
